The Isle of Wight Festival always promises an eclectic line-up and none more so today (Friday) than when star of the Australian soap opera Neighbours and the West End - Denise Van Outen - shares the Electro Love tent with Isle of Wight Councillor Ian Dore.

Denise will be on the decks for a DJ set from 10pm.

The former Big Breakfast presenter, radio DJ, designer, author and broadcaster - and Harlow's mum, Prue, in Neighbours - has a new disco-inspired single out on June 24.

Earlier this month, the multi-tasker helped cook gourmet food for icon Diana Ross, when they both played a music festival in Cambridge.

Tonight, Denise will hand over the stage to Binstead and Fishbourne councillor - and Isle of Wight DJ - Ian Dore, who is due on at about 10.45pm.

Ian is well known for his club and DJ nights across the Island and has previously played festivals here.

He is also the Isle of Wight Council's armed forces lead.

Meanwhile, Lewis Capaldi and Madness are among the names heading to Main Stage today, while Craig David will be in the Big Top.

Last night, Happy Mondays, Heather Small and Rick Parfitt Jnr opened the Big Top with a bang.
