Our New Arrivals features have proved extremely popular in the past year or so and this week we are giving a warm welcome to new arrivals Annaya, Tommy, Teddy and twins, Kanan Kash and Marley Maverick.

Cute twins Kanan Kash and Marley Maverick, pictured here at four months old, were born on New Year’s Eve to parents Kayleigh Falla and Shawn Jennings of Newport.

Kanan weighed 6lbs 15ozs and Marley was 6lbs 5ozs.

They were born by C-section at 37 weeks and they have four siblings, Leyla, ten, Braedon, eight, Annalease, nine, and Scarlett, one.

Annaya.

Annaya is a first baby and was born on April 30 to parents Weronika Leonczuk and Ben Meakin of East Cowes.

Annaya weighed 7lbs 7ozs and was born at St Mary's Hospital, Newport, as were the rest of this week's babies.

Teddy has a smile for everyone.

Teddy was born on October 9 to parents Chloe-Ann Ford and Matthew Winkles of Ryde and weighed 5lbs 11ozs.

He has one sister, Charlotte-Rose, who is five. Mum Chloe-Ann said: “We had planned a C-section, but Teddy decided to come four weeks early, so we had to have it much earlier!”

Tommy.

Last, but definitely not least is Tommy, who was born on April 1, to parents Jason and Joanne March of Whiteley Bank and weighed 7lbs 7ozs.

Tommy wasn’t due until April 11 and when labour began, Joanne got caught in a traffic jam and was worried she wouldn’t make the hospital, but luckily she did!
