New Covid hospital death and latest total since pandemic started
Another person has died in hospital on the Isle of Wight, after getting Covid-19.
A death was recorded on the wards of St Mary's Hospital in Newport on May 11.
259 Islanders have died in hospital after contracting coronavirus, since March 2020.
A further 175 people have died in community settings, such as at home and in care homes, which means 434 deaths on the Isle of Wight in total.
