Health bosses at the Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (ICS) are trying to understand more about waiting times for its diagnosis services.

In 2018, hundreds of families were waiting for diagnosis.

As the Isle of Wight County Press reported at the time, some families had waited for two years, and it led to urgent measures being brought in to improve the situation.

A confirmed diagnosis can inform what extra support is made available for children in school.

The ICS said: "We are keen to get the views of patients and their families on their experiences of the services.

"We are particularly interested in the impact waiting times may have had on patients and families."
