BBC newsreader Sophie Raworth enjoyed the Isle of Wight in the sunshine today - and completed a particularly scenic parkrun.
Medina's popular parkrun took place in the West Wight today for the first time.
Sophie, who outside her high profile day job takes part in parkruns and marathons, joined around 250-plus other runners on the Island today.
She was impressed with the Freshwater to Tennyson Downs route - calling it "the most spectacular I have done so far".
Spot of @parkrunUK tourism… The most spectacular I have done so far. More than 500ft of climbing up the cliffs by Freshwater Bay. @medinaparkrun But the return downhill was good 🏃♀️ pic.twitter.com/1juqOT2g2J
