If you are looking for a small furry friend to love, perhaps consider offering one of these fluffy bunnies a forever home.

A four-legged friend who doesn't require a daily walk, rabbits are a popular pet choice in the UK.

The highly inquisitive and intelligent animals have similar social qualities to dogs too, making them ideal for anyone who likes a cuddle on the couch.

All of these rabbits are currently being looked after by the RSPCA Isle of Wight branch who support the island's most vulnerable animals.

If you’re not in a position to adopt a pet right now, you can still support the charity's work by making a donation.

But if a bunny is just the companion you’ve been looking for, take a look at these four looking for loving homes.

Stripe and Nibbler

Breed: Angora x Cashmere Lops
Age: 6 months

Double trouble, Stripe (grey) and Nibbler (white), came to the centre with a few of their brothers and sisters but due to their strong bond, these two are looking for a home together.

They are both high maintenance bunnies and will need daily grooming to keep their coats in good condition. They can easily get knotty so will need a family who is confident to brush them.

Stripe can be a little nippy when being brushed, but with a few treats as a distraction, the humans always win.

Due to their confident personalities and their daily play, this pair could be mistaken for small dogs.

Ideally, they will find a home as indoor bunnies which would suit their high maintenance ways and love of attention.

Totoro

Breed: Angora x Cashmere Lop
Age: 6 months

Totoro is stunning and an extremely confident, cheeky and friendly girl who has no issues with pulling at your trousers to get what she wants!

Due to Totoro's breed she will need a family who is confident to groom her every day to keep her coat in good condition.

She can be a little nippy when it comes to grooming but staff at the centre have found a trick to prevent it - provide treats for her whilst you brush, she just can't resist food!

Totoro would benefit from being paired up with a neutered male rabbit to keep her company.

She would also be best suited to being an indoor rabbit with lots of exercise space due to her loving attention and loving the freedom of running around like crazy.

She could be seen as pretty much a small dog with incredible ears!

Mocha

Isle of Wight County Press: Mocha has stolen the hearts of all the staff. Picture: RSPCAMocha has stolen the hearts of all the staff. Picture: RSPCA

Breed: Lion head
Age: 11 months

Mocha is very sweet and since arriving at the centre, has gone from being a nervous lady to a confident ball of fluff. She has stolen the hearts of all the staff!

She will take some time to settle in a new environment but once she has, she will be full of beans.

Mocha loves running around and jumping onto her high platforms and, once confident, onto your lap too.

She may need some grooming due to her lion mane but is very calm when being brushed.

Mocha is looking to be paired with a neutered male with a similar temperament.

Although she could live indoors or outdoors she would prefer to be an indoor rabbit, however as long as she has lots of space to zoom around she won't mind.
