A TRIAL date has been set for a Wroxall woman accused of breaching Covid regulations last year.

Kloe Avery, of Badgers Close, appeared before Isle of Wight magistrates on Friday (January 7).

The 21-year-old faces a single charge of breaching Covid regulations without a reasonable excuse, on February 21, 2021.

She is alleged to have been caught by patrolling officers on Military Road in the early hours of the morning.

Ms Avery saw her case adjourned for a trial on April 14 at the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court.

She was granted unconditional bail.
