Dick Whittington is being performed at Trinity Theatre, and it's the purrfect panto adventure, oh yes it is....

Shows take place on Friday (December 3) to Sunday (December 5) and again from Friday, December 10, to Sunday, December 12.

Dinah Bowman, Trinity Theatre president, said: “Christmas is such a special time of year, and we are delighted that we can finally bring families and friends back together to enjoy the magic that is pantomime!”

Produced by John Abraham, the panto follows Dick Whittington as he searches out fame and fortune in London, along with his trusty feline sidekick.

It promises a sparkling return full of traditional audience participation from ‘it’s behind you’ to ‘oh no you didn’t’, as well as some silly slapstick, singalong songs and, as ever, a much-needed happy ever after.

Dinah said: “We can’t wait to welcome audiences and see the theatre filled with smiling faces — it’s going to be a Whitting-ton of fun!”

Tickets are on sale via www.caods.org.uk or on 01983 295229.
