Be warned! The gritters are out tonight
The gritters will be out tonight (Thursday), on the Isle of Wight.
Island Roads says its fleet will treat precautionary routes, as well as the bridges at Stag Lane and Foxes Road in Newport, from 8pm.
Motorists are told to take extra care.

Meanwhile, bad weather will hit the Island with the arrival of Storm Arwen overnight on Friday into Saturday.
