An investigation is underway to work out why a man died outside Shanklin train station last night (Monday).
UPDATE: Witness appeal after Shanklin station-linked death
Officers from Hampshire Constabulary were called to Atherley Road just before midnight.
Two men fell unwell outside the station, said British Transport Police.
Paramedics administered CPR and both men were taken to hospital for treatment, where one man later died.
Officers from British Transport Police are working to establish the full circumstances behind the death.
