HATS off to the Gibbs family tonight!
The Isle of Wight's only free public fireworks display for Bonfire Night 2021 was held tonight, courtesy of the Spyglass Inn in Ventnor.
The popular pub, run by the Gibbs family, was the only business on the Island to host a free display, as it does annually.
The seafront was packed with people enjoying the scene as the bangers popped over the sea.
Although the buses struggled to work their way around the town:
Owing to an fireworks event in Ventnor and badly parked vehicles, routes 3 is suffering delay of up to 15 minutes in both directions.
