Isle of Wight man Toby Bienek, 42, has been named NPC Body by O Masters Champion.
Self coached, he has been been training for 28 years.
Coming first in his group marks Toby's first big win in a decade.
There isn't much time to celebrate, though.
Toby heads straight back into training, ahead of the UK's Arnold Sports Festival next month.
The Arnold Classic will be held at Birmingham NEC, from October 1-3 and features a host of disciplines, including weightlifting and wrestling.
Co-founded in 1989, by Terminator actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, it is the world's largest multi-sports festival and takes place on different continents.
