Racing has been abandoned at Cowes Week, on this year's final full day of sailing.
Strong winds and what have been described as 'big breaking waves,' have combined to bring an early end to the competitive action.
Gusts are already reaching force 7 at the Bramblemet buoy in The Solent.
Prize giving will take place later, at Cowes Yacht Haven.
A new date has already been set for Cowes Week 2022 and it will start on July 30.
