SOUTHERN Vectis has reported morning diversions following a crash near to Blackwater Quarry.
As a result, route 2 buses will be diverting away from the area for the time being, and instead operating via Rookley.
The bus service says it will be unable to serve Merstone until this has cleared, with no specific timeframe mentioned.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area.

UPDATE 7.35am: The RTI at Blackwater has been cleared and route 2 buses can now serve Merstone once again.
