Fire at Witbank Gardens.
THE aftermath of a cooker fire was dealt with by firefighters from Sandown and Shanklin Fire Stations tonight (Tuesday).
A fire broke out in the kitchen of a house on Witbank Gardens in Shanklin.
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire Service was called at 9.15pm, but the fire was out on arrival at the property.
Firefighters removed the burnt materials from the home, and isolated the electricity.
Everyone was out of the property.
The stop message came through at around 10.30pm.
