A BIG thank you to the scores of County Press readers who entered our Frederick the Fox book competition.

Sibling authors Lisa Read and Kim Ansell kindly agreed to offer a copy of the beautiful children's book last month.

The book has been printed and bound in the United Kingdom using paper from responsibly managed forests and vegetable-based inks.

A large number of people correctly answered that a female fox is called a vixen, although the one entry who wrote 'Samantha Fox' was also technically correct.

And the winner is...

Congratulations to Mrs Anne-Marie Roach of Sandown, who was randomly selected as our competition winner.

A copy of the book will be winging its way to the address you supplied!

Thanks again to everyone else who took the time to enter.
