A missing man has been located, say Hampshire Constabulary.

Its search this morning (Monday) was assisted by the police helicopter, which was spotted over Ryde.

The NPAS aircraft circled parts of the town, including in the area of Ryde Academy and over Binstead.

It has since left the scene.
