A DIESEL spillage was discovered at Wootton Creek this afternoon.
Bembridge Coastguard Rescue Team was sent to to investigate a report of a possible diesel spill.
The team located evidence of some diesel on the surface of the water.
They took details and photos to pass on to the relevant authorities before standing down.
The callout came at around 3pm today (Friday).
