Floating Bridge to go out of service for third time in a week
The Floating Bridge will be temporarily suspended again tonight (Wednesday).
It will be off between 7pm and around 10pm, to replace a guide wheel.
It is the third suspension in a week for the Cowes to East Cowes chain ferry.
Isle of Wight Council said: "A launch service will operate for foot passengers.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
UPDATE 8.50pm: The Isle of Wight Council has confirmed the service has now resumed.
