WITH special permission to exceed the speed limit, watch as Cowes RNLI Lifeboat rush to respond to an unconcious casualty in the water.

The crew was responding to an incident last Saturday, April 24, when a woman was found unconscious in the River Medina.
The footage also includes the moment the Hampshire and Isle of Wight AirAmbulance flew in to assist.
The woman was taken by land ambulance to St Mary's Hospital in Newport after treatment at the scene.
