POLICE officers were called to Ryde yesterday (Saturday) after receiving reports of a pre-arranged fight between two rival groups aged between 12 and 17 years old.
Officers received the call at 2.40pm, to reports of a group of young people meeting on Brook Close, Ryde.
It was reported that some were carrying weapons.
Officers attended and saw a large group on Brook Close, who all dispersed on police arrival.
In total, nine boys aged between 12 and 17-years-old, and one 14-year-old girl, were stopped. No weapons were found on them.
