Simon Kevin Cooper-Smith, 31, of Madeira Road, Ventnor.

Drink driving.

Disqualified from driving for 17 months, fine £346, surcharge £35, costs £85.

Rio Tyrrell Scott, 25, of St John's Road, Ryde.

Assault a police constable by beating.

Fine £166, surcharge £34, costs £85.

James Anthony Glover, 50, of Fort Street, Sandown.

Assault by beating.

12-month community order, to include 20 rehabilitation days. Fine £40, surcharge £95.

Joseph Charles Cooper, 34, of Dorset Gardens, Brighton.

Interfered with a motor vehicle, and in charge of a vehicle while over the legal drink drive limit.

Ten penalty points. Fine £415, surcharge £42, costs £55.

Jason Hanmer-Bennett, 34, of Charters Gate Way, Wiversfield Green, Haywards Heath, East Sussex.

Being in charge of a vehicle while over the legal alcohol limit.

Ten penalty points. Fine £332, surcharge £34, costs £775.

George James Swain, 22, of Quay Street, Newport.

Possession of cannabis and possession of MDMA, a Class A drug.

12-month conditional discharge, surcharge £22, costs £85.

Andrew Mark Barnes, 46, of Sandcove Rise, Seaview.

Assault by beating.

12-month community order, to include ten rehabilitation days. Surcharge £95, costs £85.

Reece Judge, 19, of Collards Close, Freshwater.

Racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Two counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Criminal damage to a bus.

12-month community order. Exclusion requirement not to enter Church Litten or Newport Bus Station for six months. 200 hours of unpaid work. Surcharge £95, costs £85, compensation £150.
