WOOL, wood, porcelain and paint all feature in an upcoming exhibition at the gallery at Quarr Abbey,

Four artists have united to put on an exhibition, which has been postponed twice due to Covid lockdowns.

It is third time lucky, as the Christmas exhibition is reborn as a Spring one.

Wool, Wood, Porcelain and Paint is an exhibition of the work of Island makers Sue Wright, Peter Wright, Lis Toft and Tim England.

Sue makes hand knitted, hand spun and hand woven accessories and homeware, all traditionally handcrafted with needles, wheel and loom.

Peter makes lathe turned items in wood. Signature pieces are of sculptural natural forms, and he will be showing wooden platters, bowls and homeware, along with wooden accessories for knitting and weaving.
