An East Sussex man charged with two historic child abuse offences on the Isle of Wight has appeared in court.
Robert Howart Duncan, 60, of Chapel Walk, Bexhill on Sea, is charged with two counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child aged between 13 and 15 years old.
The allegations date to between May 14, 1999 and May 13, 2015.
Mr Duncan appeared before the Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court today (Tuesday).
His case was adjourned to May 24, at the Isle of Wight Crown Court.
He was granted unconditional bail.
