Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue called to Newport.
THE Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire Service was called to a fire in a Newport garden this evening (Friday).
A crew from Newport was called to Drill Hall Road shortly after 9pm.
A spokesperson for the Fire Service said: "We received a call at 9.03pm to an out of control bonfire in a garden at a residential address.
"A crew from Newport attended and left the scene at 9.25pm having dealt with the situation."
