Believe it or not, not everybody loves chocolate, so one Isle of Wight businessman is planning a different kind of treasure hunt around the island this Easter.

Dan Farrow, of Faz's Diecast Collectables, is organising a Hotwheels Hunt instead of an egg hunt.

Dan will be out and about around seafront Isle of Wight seafront walks hiding the miniature cars for children to find from Saturday.

He told the County Press: "I figured with Easter being quiet this year some free Hotwheels might put some smiles on some bored kids' faces.

The Hot Wheels Hunt is coming this Easter.

"They are intended for the new generation of collectors to keep the hobby alive.

"Due to the pandemic. All models have been wiped down, sanitised and all packs have been created and dropped off while wearing gloves.

"I certainly don't want to add to the problem."

All Dan is asking in return is that people who do find one and bring it home please are sure to post up a photo of it to the Facebook page @Faz's Diecast.

Dan sells a wide range of models on his site, including Hotwheels and offers free, contactless delivery on the Island.
