ISLE of Wight shopping staple Hurst is set to re-open all its stores.
The hardware and homeware stores will open on March 29 in Newport, Ryde, Shanklin, Ventnor, Freshwater and Cowes.
At the moment, customers can still use the popular Click and Collect service, from the Newport store.
Islandwide deliveries are also available, with further details on the Hurst website at hurst-iw.co.uk
Hurst has been busy during the latest lockdown, with its Click and Collect and deliveries, after making the decision to close all its branches for a few weeks while the Island was suffering high Covid rates.
It was permitted to open due to its status as a hardware store, but made the decision to close, to keep both staff and customers safe.
It is looking forward to welcoming customers through the doors again from March 29.
W. Hurst & Son was started by Charles Wheeler in 1859 as a foundry concentrating on services for the Island’s booming farming industry.
In 1886, Mr Wheeler purchased 33 Holyrood Street, which remains Hurst’s flagship store to this present day.
It has been an Island favourite throughout all the decades since, with its Try Hurst First slogan.
