Another death from Covid-19 has been announced by the Isle of Wight NHS Trust.
According to data published today, a person died on March 6, at St Mary's Hospital in Newport.
It takes the total number of Islanders who have died after contracting coronavirus to 266.
Of those, 142 have been in hospital and 124 have been in the community - in care homes, a hospice, or at home.
Daily cases have continued to fall, however.
New data will be published at 4pm, but according to yesterday's update, when a single new case was added to the Isle of Wight's overall tally, there have been 6,653 confirmed Covid-19 positives since the start of the pandemic here.
The Isle of Wight currently has the sixth lowest average number of cases per 100,000 - at 11.3.
Only parts of Devon and two Scottish islands have a lower average.
The data covers the seven days to March 2, but the latest figures will be published at about 4pm today (Monday).
