THERE has been a new case of Covid-19 recorded on the Isle of Wight, according to the latest government data.
Public Health England figures released today (Sunday) reveal one new case has been confirmed.
It takes the Isle of Wight's total since the start of the pandemic to 6,653.
Yesterday, two new cases were recorded.

The Isle of Wight's rolling average per 100,000 people continues to fall.
Yesterday, there were 14.4 cases per 100,000. Today, that figure stands at 11.3.
The national rate stands at 69.
No new Covid deaths were reported on the Isle of Wight today.
