Fire crews called to Carisbrooke Castle after reports of smoke
Five Isle of Wight fire crews, plus a specialist unit, were called to the historic Carisbrooke Castle, near Newport on Friday morning.
They responded just before 9am.
Fortunately, the incident turned out to be a false alarm - caused by steam from a boiler.
