Imported a prohibited weapon, namely a knuckleduster knife and two butterfly knives.

Community order plus 8pm to 8am curfew for three months. Surcharge £95, costs £85.

Andrew James Laws, 49, of Fort Street, Sandown.

Sent an electronic communication of indecent or grossly offensive nature.

12-month conditional discharge, surcharge £22, costs £85.

Stacey Bartlett, 33, of High Street, Oakfield.

Possession of cannabis.

Fine £50, surcharge £34.

Robert James Rowell, 23, of Rew Close, Ventnor.

Drink driving, taking without consent and driving without insurance.

Disqualified from driving for 40 months, 12-month community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work. Surcharge £95, costs £85.

Andrew Mark Barnes, 46, of Sandcove Rise, Seaview.

Took a vehicle without consent and an accident occurred. Drug driving, driving without insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Possession of Class A drugs.

Disqualified from driving for three years. 12-month community order, with a drug rehabilitation requirement. Fine £143, surcharge £95, costs £85.

Michael Blanchard, 19, of George Street, Ryde.

Harassment.

Nine-month community order to include ten rehabilitation days. 12-month restraining order. Fine £92, surcharge £95, costs £85.

Paul Daniel Matthew Smart, 34, of Carisbrooke Road, Newport.

Theft of foodstuffs from B&M in breach of suspended sentence.

Three months in custody. Compensation of £3.05.

Tomas Daniel Bateman, 31, of The Square, Freshwater.

Arson, production of cannabis, and assault.

Three months in custody, suspended for 12 months. Rehabilitation requirement. Surcharge £128, costs £85.

Fraud by dishonest representation.

18-month community order to include 25 rehabilitation days. Compensation £383.98.

Assault by beating and criminal damage.

12-month community order to include 20 rehabilitation days. £400 compensation.

John Noble Marvin, 28, of St Andrews Street, Cowes.

Five counts of assault by beating, and criminal damage.

Six months in custody, suspended for two years. Rehabilitation requirement. Two-year restraining order. Compensation £3,000.
