Reports of crash in Newport
Emergency crews were called to a collision between a blue Ford EcoSport ST-Line and a Yamaha motorcycle, at the crossroads of Hunnyhill and Hunnycross Way this morning (Friday).
It happened at around 7.30am.
The motorcyclist received minor injuries and the road has now been cleared.
Southern Vectis says it route 1 buses were diverted for a time, however they have since returned to normal.
