Skew Bridge, Lake
WORK to refurbish Skew Bridge in Lake has started - but a road closure will not be in place until Thursday night.
Island Roads is taking it down in sections, before stripping it back and repainting it off-site.
It will then be re-assembled and reopenend.
Parts of it will also be completely replaced.
In an update to the earlier information, a road closure will be in force from 7pom on Thursday January 14, until 7am on Friday January 15.
Temporary traffic signals are in place from today (Tuesday).
Work is also underway on the Alresford Road bridge.
