THE driver of a BMW has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving in Newport this evening (Sunday) — for the second time in ten days.
Police say the driver and his passenger have also been reported for breaching Covid-19 lockdown restrictions.
A spokesperson for Isle of Wight Police said: "A sample of blood has been obtained which will be sent for forensic analysis.
"It will never cease to amaze me how people take such risks — not once, but twice."
