WIGHTLINK has issued new festive travel rules this morning, urging people in the highest tier not to visit the Isle of Wight.

The company has said people in Tier Four must not travel for non-essential reasons.

It has urged everyone to follow government advice.

The statement follows yesterday's coronavirus briefing, where Prime Minister Boris Johnson tightened Christmas restrictions.
