THE Isle of Wight has seen another significant increase in confirmed Covid-19 cases today (Monday), according to the latest figures released by Public Health England.

A further 11 cases take the cumulative total to 928 since the start of the pandemic.

These are all cases of people registered on the Isle of Wight.

University students not currently on the Island, but still registered to an Island address may affect the total number of cases, but officials have said it may only be a small number, and cannot give a figure.
