FOURTEEN new positive Covid tests have been added to November's tally on the Isle of Wight.

Since the pandemic began, 770 positive tests have been recorded, including 115 in November alone.

There were 178 cases in October.

Since Friday, six Island schools have reported coronavirus cases, which means some children and staff must now self-isolate.

Earlier today we reported that two people died in hospital during the course of November 7 and 8. Both deaths are being linked to Covid-19.
