Boxer John Marvin is to appear at the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court charged with four assaults.
A TRIAL date has now been set for an Isle of Wight boxer charged with four counts of assault by beating.
Lance Corporal Marvin, 27, of St Andrew's Street in Cowes, has been charged with four counts of assault by beating on three separate victims on September 3.
He has also been charged with criminal damage, caused to a door, on the same day.
Mr Marvin is an English-Filipino amateur light heavyweight boxer who has boxed for the army, and represented the Philippines in boxing internationally.
His case was adjourned for a trial on December 10 at the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court.
