VENTNOR Coastguard Rescue Team was called to Shanklin after receiving a report of a car stuck in water today (Wednesday).
The team was tasked to the seafront shortly before 1pm.
Arriving upon scene it was confirmed the person had managed to self recover and get their vehicle to safety.
