Computer problems, which have been stopping customers from booking cross-Solent travel on Red Funnel, are now running into their third day.
On Monday, the County Press reported that ]IT issues meant bookings by computer and telephone, customer account enquiries and NPR (number plate recognition), at check-in, were not available.
This morning (Wednesday), the issue has not been fixed.
If you are travelling between Southampton and the Isle of Wight today, you are asked to bring print-outs of previously booked e-tickets, or to make new bookings in person.
On Monday, the firm said: “We are currently in the process of investigating the issues and hope to have all systems back online soon.
"In the meantime, we apologise for any inconvenience caused to affected customers."

It has apologised to customers for the ongoing issues.
