Audio and visual connection manufacturer Neutrik has warned its staff of possible redundancies.
More than 60 people are at risk at the company's base in Ryde.
In a letter to employees, Neutrik said the impact of Covid-19 meant it now needs 'far fewer employees'.
It says workers in quality assurance, toolroom, sales management and warehouse are among those at risk.
Two-thirds of its production team - 60 out of 95 employees - are also under threat of redundancy.
Neutrik says it is working to minimise the number of jobs that will be lost.
