The floating bridge is a disaster.

An enquiry into the suitability, docking facilities, chain depth etc should be carried out.

It should answer the following questions.

1) Was the contract specific to requirement?

2) Did the finished goods meet the contract?

Personally, I think the floating bridge should be scrapped and build a bridge over the River Medina.

The IW traffic problems will never be solved until a bridge over the River Medina is built.

It is not rocket science. If bridges to Skye, over the Humber Estuary, The Forth Bridge, The Severn bridge etc can be built, the river Medina should be simple.
