THE Isle of Wight has had another case of coronavirus recorded.

One further case was recorded on Saturday, August 29, and has been added to the figures published by Public Health England.

It brings the total on the Island to 433.

Only three cases were recorded during July but nine during August.

Cases were at 429 a week ago, and have risen by four since.

It is believed these cases relate to people living on the Island, not tourists, as they are recorded in the area where people live.
