Ventnor Coastguard has tweeted dramatic new pictures of a rescue in Niton, in which two people were winched to safety.
The emergency team was called to Puckaster Cove, at about 4pm on Sunday.
Needles Coastguard and the Sandown and Shanklin independent lifeboat were also on scene to help the pair who were stuck on cliffs.
Due to the dense undergrowth and problems getting access, they were winched to safety by the Coastguard rescue helicopter.
