A HORSE trapped in railings has been sedated and cut free by Isle of Wight firefighters.
Crews from Newport, Ryde and Freshwater were called to Gaggerhill Lane, Brighstone today (Saturday).
They used cutting equipment to rescue the 10-year-old animal.
