A TEN-YEAR-OLD pupil of St Thomas of Canterbury Primary School in Carisbrooke is using his creative talent to raise money for NHS charities.
Harry Smith selected images before putting pencil to paper to create his final design.
With the help of a friend, Harry and his mother Annie sent the final design to Island company Rapanui, who printed the shirt.
Harry said: “I started the project because I was bored in lockdown. When I was thinking about my design I thought about the theme, and as I love the beach and surfing it seemed appropriate.
“I can’t believe how well it’s taken off. Just think how much money we could raise for the NHS!”
He has launched a website — smithandbrother.teemill.com — to enable people to buy his T-shirt with profits going to NHS Charities Together.
