SCHOOL cat Fudge is the focus of a fun lockdown video, from the team at the Isle of Wight's St George's School.

Teaching staff say they know many pupils will be missing him while they are at home.

St George's has remained open for a number of its students during the coronavirus crisis.

Last week, the Newport school says a student learned to ride a two wheeler bike.

A pizza making party helped mark three birthdays at the school. 

The school has also addressed the recent change in government advice that will see most Isle of Wight primaries reopening to years 1 and 6, as well as reception, after half term.
