SCOUTS of all ages on the Isle of Wight have joined UK Scouting's national 'Camp At Home'.
With normal meetings and camps cancelled, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers and their leaders built dens in their houses, or slept in tents indoors or outdoors.
Challenges included building a tall Lego tower and creating a virtual campfire.
Everyone joined in online for an Island-wide campfire singalong.
Assistant County Commissioner Paul Savill
Assistant County Commissioner Paul Savill said: “Running a sing-along on a computer was certainly different, but it was fantastic to hear so many young voices singing and joining in the fun.
"A brilliant Cecil the Caterpillar sketch was created by Deputy County Commissioner Mandy Holloway and Explorer Scout Adam Burt.”
