THE search for Charlotte Mullen has gone into a second day.
Charlotte, 32, was the subject of a police appeal for the public's help in finding her yesterday (Thursday).
Isle of Wight Search and Rescue confirmed this morning the search was still active.
All Coastguard teams are currently stood down however, pending further enquiries.
A spokesperson for Isle of Wight Police said yesterday: "We are appealing for the public’s help to locate 32-year-old Charlotte Mullen, who has gone missing from the Sandown area.
"Charlotte was last seen yesterday afternoon (May 6) at around 4.45pm in the Brading area."
UPDATE 2pm: HM Coastguard is currently assisting Hampshire Police with the search in the Bembridge area.
Coastguard rescue teams from Bembridge, Ventnor and the Needles have all been sent to assist.
