MILLIONS of pounds worth of the world's shipping is using Sandown Bay for free parking during the coronavirus pandemic.
Cruise ships, oil tankers, ferries and container vessels could be seen at anchor in the bay this week.
One of the ships is the Marella Discovery cruise ship, whose crew is stuck on board and is believed to be being supported from Southampton.
Island photographer Graham Reading took these pictures from Culver Down, showing the variety of vessels in the bay, which is always a popular holding pen for ships entering The Solent.
